These classes are interactive, giving you an opportunity to discuss your thoughts and questions in a small group of fellow learners, as well as process with and get customized feedback from an experienced instructor. We are also pleased to offer online retreats that you can engage in wherever you are, with no discussions or scheduled sessions so you're free to engage with your own pace and style.
